Witch Hat Chocolate Cookies (Print-Friendly Version)

Festive Halloween treats with fudge-striped cookies, chocolate Kisses, and bright orange icing.

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 package fudge-striped cookies
02 - 1 bag Hershey’s Kisses
03 - 1 tube orange decorating icing

# How to Make It:

01 - Unwrap all Hershey’s Kisses and set aside for assembly.
02 - Squeeze a small dot of orange decorating icing onto the bottom of each Hershey’s Kiss.
03 - Gently press a Hershey’s Kiss, icing side down, onto the flat, chocolate-coated side of a fudge-striped cookie to secure.
04 - Pipe a ring of orange decorating icing around the base of the Hershey’s Kiss where it meets the cookie to create a hat band.
05 - Allow the assembled cookies to set until the icing is firm before serving.

# Additional Tips:

01 - For best results, allow cookies to sit at room temperature until icing is completely set to ensure hats stay intact.
