Preheat oven to 200°C. Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels and arrange skin-side down on a lined baking tray.

Brush olive oil evenly over each fillet. In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle spice mixture over both sides of the salmon.

Drizzle the juice of one lemon over the fillets, ensuring even coverage.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 52–54°C for medium doneness, or to your preferred level of doneness. Remove promptly to prevent overcooking.

Transfer salmon to serving plates. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and lemon slices before serving.
