06 - 150 g fresh strawberries, diced

07 - 100 g crushed vanilla wafers or shortbread cookies
08 - 30 g unsalted butter, melted
09 - 2 tbsp strawberry gelatin powder

10 - 6-8 large flour tortillas

# How to Make It:

01 - Beat softened cream cheese with granulated sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in whipped cream until fully combined. Set aside.
02 - Combine crushed wafers, melted butter, and strawberry gelatin powder. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and bake at 175°C (350°F) for 5-7 minutes until golden. Cool completely.
03 - Lay tortilla flat, spread cheesecake filling evenly, sprinkle diced strawberries on top, then roll tightly. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
04 - Remove rolls from wrap, lightly brush with softened butter, then roll in cooled shortcake crumb mixture until fully coated.
05 - Slice rolls into 2.5 cm (1 inch) pieces, arrange on serving plate, and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
