01 - 4 small flour tortillas
02 - 240 g ground beef, divided (approximately 60 g per tortilla)
03 - 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
04 - Nonstick cooking spray

05 - 4 slices cheddar cheese
06 - Shredded lettuce
07 - Sliced pickles
08 - Burger sauce or mayonnaise

# How to Make It:

01 - Set the air fryer to 205°C and allow it to preheat for 5 minutes.
02 - Press approximately 60 g of ground beef evenly onto each tortilla, spreading to the edges. Season the beef layer lightly with salt and spray the exposed meat with cooking spray.
03 - Arrange tortillas meat-side up in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches at 205°C for 5 minutes, or until the beef is fully cooked and tortillas are golden and crisp.
04 - Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each taco and return the basket to the air fryer (with the heat off) for 1 minute to melt the cheese by residual heat.
05 - Transfer tacos to a plate, top with lettuce, pickles, and preferred sauces. Fold gently and serve immediately while hot.
