Set the air fryer to 205°C and allow it to preheat for 5 minutes.

Press approximately 60 g of ground beef evenly onto each tortilla, spreading to the edges. Season the beef layer lightly with salt and spray the exposed meat with cooking spray.

Arrange tortillas meat-side up in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches at 205°C for 5 minutes, or until the beef is fully cooked and tortillas are golden and crisp.

Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each taco and return the basket to the air fryer (with the heat off) for 1 minute to melt the cheese by residual heat.

Transfer tacos to a plate, top with lettuce, pickles, and preferred sauces. Fold gently and serve immediately while hot.
