In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the shrimp are evenly coated. Allow the shrimp to marinate for 15 minutes.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer. Sear for 2–3 minutes until pink and opaque. Flip and cook for 1–2 additional minutes until just cooked through.

Remove the skillet from heat. Drizzle freshly squeezed lemon juice over the shrimp and toss to coat. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley.
