Soft pizza dough wrapped around steak, peppers, onions and melty cheese, baked to golden perfection for a shareable treat.

# What You'll Need:

→ Dough and Filling

01 - 1 lb (450g) pizza dough, homemade or store-bought
02 - ½ lb (225g) thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin steak
03 - ½ cup (80g) sliced onions
04 - ½ cup (80g) sliced green bell peppers
05 - 1 cup (100g) shredded mozzarella cheese
06 - ½ cup (50g) shredded provolone cheese

→ Seasoning and Glaze

07 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
08 - ½ teaspoon salt
09 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
10 - 2 tablespoons melted butter
11 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder

# How to Make It:

01 - In a skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Add the sliced onions and green bell peppers, sautéing them for about 4 to 5 minutes until softened and slightly caramelized. Add the thinly sliced steak to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook for another 4 to 5 minutes until the beef is browned and cooked through. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
02 - Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle, roughly ¼-inch thick.
03 - Arrange the prepared steak, onions, and peppers down the center of the dough. Sprinkle the mozzarella and provolone cheese evenly on top.
04 - Brush the surface of the dough with melted garlic butter. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 18 minutes, or until the breadsticks are golden brown and fully cooked.

# Additional Tips:

01 - You can use leftover steak or deli roast beef for a quicker option.
02 - Add mushrooms or hot peppers to the vegetables for extra layers of flavor.
03 - Provolone cheese can be substituted with white American or cheddar.
04 - Brush the dough with garlic butter for a pizzeria-style finish.
