Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle, roughly ¼-inch thick.

Arrange the prepared steak, onions, and peppers down the center of the dough. Sprinkle the mozzarella and provolone cheese evenly on top.

Brush the surface of the dough with melted garlic butter. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 18 minutes, or until the breadsticks are golden brown and fully cooked.
