→ Dough and Sauce

01 - 390 g pizza dough, at room temperature
02 - 120 ml marinara sauce

→ Filling and Seasoning

03 - 175 g shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 70 g sliced pepperoni
05 - 2 g garlic powder
06 - 2 g dried oregano

→ For Baking

07 - 15 ml olive oil

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C.
02 - Lightly flour a clean surface for rolling out the dough.
03 - Unroll the pizza dough onto the floured surface and use a rolling pin to form a rectangle approximately 25 x 35 cm.
04 - Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1 cm border around the edges.
05 - Evenly sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese, then arrange the sliced pepperoni over the cheese.
06 - Sprinkle garlic powder and dried oregano across the filling.
07 - Carefully roll the dough tightly from one short edge to form a log, then cut the roll into 2.5 cm slices using a sharp knife.
08 - Place the pizza rolls cut-side up on a parchment-lined or lightly greased baking sheet.
09 - Drizzle olive oil over the tops of the pizza rolls.
10 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes, until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
11 - Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Allow the dough to reach room temperature before rolling for easier handling.
02 - For a crispier texture, brush the dough with olive oil before adding sauce and toppings.
03 - Add a pinch of red pepper flakes or grated Parmesan for extra flavor.
04 - Pepperoni can be substituted with alternative deli meats or sautéed vegetables for a vegetarian version.
05 - Let the rolls rest briefly after baking to prevent burns from hot cheese.
