In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, garlic, onion, parsley, lemon zest, feta, oregano, cumin, paprika, breadcrumbs, and egg. Mix until just combined.

Form the mixture into 6–8 equal-sized patties using damp hands to prevent sticking.

Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
