10 - 1/3 cup breadcrumbs or almond flour
11 - 1 large egg

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, garlic, onion, parsley, lemon zest, feta, oregano, cumin, paprika, breadcrumbs, and egg. Mix until just combined.
02 - Form the mixture into 6–8 equal-sized patties using damp hands to prevent sticking.
03 - Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
04 - Place patties in the skillet and cook for 4–5 minutes per side, or until golden and cooked through to 165°F internally.
