Mango Lemonade Refreshing Drink (Print-Friendly Version)

Chilled mango and lemon combine for a tangy, sweet beverage ideal for warm weather and gatherings.

# What You'll Need:

01 - 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
02 - 240 ml fresh lemon juice (from approximately 4–6 lemons)
03 - 200 g granulated sugar, adjustable to taste
04 - 950 ml cold water, divided
05 - Ice cubes, as needed
06 - Lemon slices, for garnish (optional)
07 - Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - In a blender, combine the diced mangoes with 240 ml of cold water and blend until completely smooth.
02 - Strain the mango puree through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher, pressing to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard mango pulp.
03 - Add fresh lemon juice and granulated sugar to the strained mango juice in the pitcher. Stir thoroughly until the sugar fully dissolves.
04 - Pour in the remaining 710 ml of cold water and mix well. Taste and modify sweetness or tartness by adding more sugar or lemon juice as desired.
05 - Refrigerate the mango lemonade for at least 30 minutes to allow flavours to meld and chill thoroughly.
06 - Pour over ice cubes in glasses. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves if preferred before serving.

# Additional Tips:

01 - For a sparkling variant, substitute part or all of the water with chilled sparkling water.
02 - Enhance flavour with a pinch of salt or a handful of fresh basil leaves blended with the mango.
