# What You'll Need:

→ Burger Mixture

01 - 1 lb ground elk
02 - 1 lb hickory-smoked bacon
03 - 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
04 - 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
05 - 1 tsp salt
06 - ½ tsp ground black pepper
07 - ½ tsp onion powder
08 - ½ tsp dried parsley
09 - ¼ tsp paprika

# How to Make It:

01 - Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Set aside to cool.
02 - Chop 4 to 5 slices of the cooked bacon into small pieces.
03 - In a mixing bowl, combine ground elk, chopped bacon, Worcestershire sauce, breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper, onion powder, parsley, and paprika. Mix gently without overworking.
