# What You'll Need:

→ Smoothie Base

01 - 190 g frozen mixed berries
02 - 236 mL milk
03 - 1 banana
04 - 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
05 - 120 g vanilla Greek yogurt

# How to Make It:

01 - Combine frozen mixed berries, milk, banana, protein powder, and Greek yogurt in a blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
02 - Place mixed berries, banana, protein powder, and Greek yogurt into a freezer-safe bag except for the milk. Freeze until needed. When ready to prepare, add frozen contents to a blender with milk and blend until smooth.
