Golden dough wraps cheesy ground beef with garlic butter for a perfect party snack.

# What You'll Need:

→ Burger Filling

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - Salt, freshly ground black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, to taste
03 - 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
04 - 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
05 - Optional: crispy bacon pieces, pickles, or caramelized onions

→ Dough Wrapping

06 - 1 tube refrigerated biscuit or pizza dough, cut into 8–12 circles and flattened to 4-inch rounds

→ Garlic Parmesan Topping

07 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
08 - 1 tsp minced garlic or garlic powder
09 - 2 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese
10 - Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no pink remains. Drain excess fat. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Let cool completely, then fold in shredded cheese until evenly combined.
02 - Flatten each dough circle to approximately 4 inches in diameter. Spoon 1–2 tablespoons of cooled burger filling into the center of each dough round. Pinch edges tightly to seal and gently roll to form smooth balls.
03 - Place dough balls seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet with space between each. Combine melted butter and minced garlic, then brush generously over each ball. Sprinkle tops with grated Parmesan cheese.
04 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 15–18 minutes until pastry is golden and cooked through.
05 - Brush with any remaining garlic butter immediately after baking. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm with dipping sauces such as ranch, garlic aioli, or spicy mayo.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Allow the filling to cool fully before assembling to prevent soggy dough.
02 - These handheld bites can be prepared ahead and baked fresh before serving.
03 - Leftovers freeze well and reheat best in oven or air fryer to maintain crispness.
04 - Customize filling by adding jalapeños, swapping in Italian sausage, or making a breakfast version.
