Garlic Parmesan Burger Bombs (Print-Friendly Version)

Golden bites filled with juicy beef, melty cheese, and topped with garlic butter and parmesan crust.

# What You'll Need:

→ Filling

01 - 450 grams ground beef
02 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
03 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
04 - Salt and black pepper to taste
05 - 115 grams cheddar cheese cubes

→ Dough

06 - 1 can (450 grams) refrigerated biscuit dough

→ Topping

07 - 60 grams unsalted butter, melted
08 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
09 - 30 grams freshly grated Parmesan cheese
10 - Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat, then add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and set aside to cool slightly.
02 - Flatten each biscuit dough piece using your hands or a rolling pin. Place a scoop of beef mixture and a cube of cheddar cheese in the center. Wrap the dough around the filling and pinch seams to seal completely.
03 - Mix the melted butter with minced garlic. Brush generously over the tops of each sealed dough ball, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
04 - Arrange the dough bombs seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 15 to 18 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbling.
05 - Optionally, sprinkle chopped parsley on top. Serve warm with preferred dipping sauces such as ketchup, ranch, or spicy mayonnaise.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Ensure seams are well sealed to prevent opening during baking. The bombs can be assembled in advance and refrigerated up to 24 hours before baking. For freezing, store in airtight containers for up to two months.
