In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat, then add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and set aside to cool slightly.

Flatten each biscuit dough piece using your hands or a rolling pin. Place a scoop of beef mixture and a cube of cheddar cheese in the center. Wrap the dough around the filling and pinch seams to seal completely.

Mix the melted butter with minced garlic. Brush generously over the tops of each sealed dough ball, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

Arrange the dough bombs seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 15 to 18 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbling.
