# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 tablespoon (15 g) almond butter
02 - 1 scoop (30 g) vegan vanilla or chocolate protein powder
03 - ½ cup (60 g) cauliflower, lightly cooked and chilled
04 - ¼ medium avocado (30 g), ripe
05 - 1 medium frozen banana (about 120 g)
06 - 7 g unsweetened cocoa powder
07 - 1 cup (240 ml) plant-based milk (almond, soy, or oat)

→ Optional Additions

08 - Pinch of sea salt (¼ tsp or 1.25 ml)
09 - 2 pitted dates for added sweetness
10 - 2 tablespoons (10 g) cacao nibs for crunch

# How to Make It:

01 - Place avocado, cauliflower, frozen banana, almond butter, protein powder, cocoa powder, and plant milk into the blender. Add optional salt, dates, or cacao nibs if desired.
02 - Start blending on low speed, gradually increasing until the mixture is silky and thick, about 1-2 minutes.
