Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring each piece is fully coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for enhanced flavour.

Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat to achieve even cooking temperature.

Remove chicken from the marinade and discard any excess marinade. Arrange chicken pieces on the preheated grill and cook for 5–7 minutes per side, turning once, until well-cooked and grill marks appear. Ensure internal temperature reaches 75°C.
