Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat. Stir in taco seasoning per packet instructions. Set aside.

Roll out pizza dough on lightly floured surface. Cut into 10 equal rectangles.

Place a spoonful of seasoned beef and a halved cheese stick on each dough rectangle. Roll dough around filling and pinch edges to seal. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.

Combine melted butter with garlic powder and dried parsley. Brush generously over each taco stick.

Bake for 12-15 minutes until dough is golden brown and cooked through.

Allow to cool slightly before serving. Serve with salsa, guacamole, or sour cream if desired.
