Juicy chicken, garlicky mayo, and melted cheese wrapped in a crisp tortilla for a quick, satisfying meal.

# What You'll Need:

→ For the chicken

01 - 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 15 millilitres olive oil
03 - 5 grams garlic powder
04 - 5 grams onion powder
05 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

→ For the wraps

06 - 240 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
07 - 25 grams grated Parmesan cheese
08 - 4 large flour tortillas
09 - 60 millilitres mayonnaise
10 - 15 grams minced garlic
11 - 15 grams fresh spinach, chopped
12 - 85 grams diced tomatoes
13 - 10 grams fresh basil, chopped

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
02 - Place chicken breasts in a bowl or resealable bag. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until well coated.
03 - Arrange chicken on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until fully cooked. Remove from oven, cool slightly, and slice into thin strips.
04 - In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise with minced garlic to make a spread.
05 - Spread a thin layer of garlic mayonnaise on each tortilla. Evenly sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the mayo.
06 - Distribute sliced chicken across the tortillas. Top each with chopped spinach, diced tomatoes, and fresh basil.
07 - Roll each tortilla tightly and place seam-side down on a clean baking sheet.
08 - Bake assembled wraps for 10–15 minutes, or until tortillas are golden and crisp and cheese has melted.
09 - Remove wraps from oven. Let cool briefly, then slice in half and serve warm.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Substitute chicken breasts with boneless thighs for extra richness, or use pre-cooked or rotisserie chicken to save time.
02 - For crispier wraps, lightly brush the tortillas with olive oil or melted butter before baking.
03 - Add red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce to the garlic mayonnaise for a spicy touch.
04 - Flexible adaptations: plant-based cheese and mayonnaise alternatives work well for dairy-free preferences.
