Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Place chicken breasts in a bowl or resealable bag. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until well coated.

Arrange chicken on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until fully cooked. Remove from oven, cool slightly, and slice into thin strips.

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise with minced garlic to make a spread.

Spread a thin layer of garlic mayonnaise on each tortilla. Evenly sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the mayo.

Distribute sliced chicken across the tortillas. Top each with chopped spinach, diced tomatoes, and fresh basil.

Roll each tortilla tightly and place seam-side down on a clean baking sheet.

Bake assembled wraps for 10–15 minutes, or until tortillas are golden and crisp and cheese has melted.
