01 - 480 g cooked chicken, shredded
02 - 110 g mozzarella cheese, shredded
03 - 115 g cream cheese, softened
04 - 60 g sour cream
05 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
07 - 1 teaspoon ground paprika
08 - 0.5 teaspoon fine salt
09 - 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ Wrap & Assembly

10 - 4 large flour tortillas
11 - 40 g mixed salad greens
12 - Olive oil, for drizzling

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large bowl, thoroughly combine shredded chicken, mozzarella, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, parsley, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly blended.
02 - Place a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon one fourth of the chicken mixture into the center, leaving a margin at the edges.
03 - Top the filling with a handful of mixed salad greens for added crunch.
04 - Fold in both sides of the tortilla, then tightly roll from the bottom up to encase the filling. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
05 - Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and drizzle a small amount of olive oil. Arrange wraps seam-side down and cook for 3–4 minutes until golden. Flip and toast the other side for an additional 3–4 minutes until crisp.
06 - Remove the wraps from the skillet and allow to cool for 1 minute before slicing in half and serving.
