Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.

Sprinkle mozzarella and a light layer of Parmesan over each triangle, then roll tightly from the wide end to tip.

In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt.

Generously brush each rollup with the garlic butter mixture, reserving a portion for after baking.

Bake for 10–12 minutes, until golden brown and cheese is melted.
