BBQ Chicken Drumsticks (Print-Friendly Version)

Crispy-outside, juicy-inside chicken drumsticks with caramelized BBQ sauce, ready in just 35 minutes.

# What You'll Need:

01 - 10 chicken drumsticks
02 - 2 tablespoons avocado oil
03 - 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1 teaspoon salt
07 - ½ teaspoon pepper
08 - ½ cup BBQ sauce

# How to Make It:

01 - If needed, preheat your air fryer to 375°F/190°C for 3–5 minutes based on your model's requirements.
02 - In a small bowl, mix avocado oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
03 - Pat the drumsticks dry with paper towels. Toss them in a large bowl and coat with the prepared marinade. Let them sit for at least 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
04 - Place the marinated drumsticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer without overlapping for even cooking.
05 - Air fry the drumsticks at 375°F/190°C for 22–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
06 - Transfer the cooked drumsticks to a large bowl and toss with BBQ sauce until fully coated.
07 - Return the coated drumsticks to the air fryer and cook at 400°F/200°C for 2–3 minutes to caramelize the sauce for a sticky finish.
08 - Serve the drumsticks hot and enjoy!
