A smooth banana cream iced latte made with espresso and oat milk, perfect for a cool pick-me-up.

# What You'll Need:

→ Banana Cream

01 - 2 frozen ripe bananas
02 - 300 ml barista oat milk
03 - 110 g ice cubes
04 - 2 Medjool dates, pitted
05 - 8 ml pure vanilla extract
06 - 0.25 tsp ground cinnamon

→ Assembly

07 - 110 g ice cubes
08 - 240 ml freshly brewed espresso

# How to Make It:

01 - Combine frozen bananas, oat milk, 110 g ice cubes, Medjool dates, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a high-speed blender. Process until smooth and creamy.
02 - Distribute remaining 110 g ice cubes evenly among 3 serving glasses.
03 - Pour freshly brewed espresso over ice in each glass, top with blended banana cream. Stir gently and serve immediately.
