08 - 1 tablespoon Montreal steak seasoning
09 - 15 grams yellow mustard
10 - 15 grams dill relish
11 - 15 grams ketchup

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
02 - In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sauté diced onions for 2 to 3 minutes until translucent.
03 - Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until no longer pink, breaking it apart with a spatula.
04 - Drain excess grease from the cooked beef, then season with Montreal steak seasoning. Stir in ketchup, mustard, and dill relish until fully incorporated.
05 - Slice Hawaiian rolls horizontally and place the bottom halves in a 33x23 cm (9x13 inch) baking dish.
06 - Layer 5 slices of American cheese over the bottom rolls, followed by the ground beef mixture and crumbled bacon. Top with remaining 5 cheese slices, then place the top halves of the rolls over the layers.
07 - Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
08 - Remove from oven, slice sliders if needed, and serve warm. Optionally, add additional toppings or burger sauce as desired.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Prepare sliders ahead by assembling and refrigerating before baking to save time on busy days.
02 - For crispier bacon, bake slices at 200°C (400°F) for 10 to 15 minutes and drain excess grease.
03 - Drain excess grease from meat and bacon thoroughly to avoid overly greasy sliders.
