Pumpkin Patch Brownies Oreos (Print-Friendly Version)

Chocolatey brownies topped with Oreo crumbs, green vine icing, and sweet pumpkin candies for a festive autumn treat.

# What You'll Need:

→ Brownie Base

01 - 1 box of brownie mix
02 - Ingredients as specified on brownie mix packaging (e.g., eggs, water, oil, according to manufacturer's instructions)

→ Toppings and Decorations

03 - 1 cup (175 g) white chocolate chips
04 - 1 tablespoon (15 ml) vegetable oil
05 - Green food coloring, as needed
06 - 1 can (approximately 400 g) chocolate frosting
07 - 1 cup (100 g) crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (such as Oreos)
08 - Pumpkin-shaped candies, for garnish

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C. Line a 23 x 33 cm baking tin with parchment paper and lightly grease with non-stick spray.
02 - Prepare brownie batter following package instructions, including any additional ingredients listed on the box. Pour batter into prepared tin and bake for 28 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs. Allow to cool completely in the tin.
03 - Combine white chocolate chips, vegetable oil, and enough green food coloring to achieve desired color in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until fully melted and smooth. Transfer to a small piping bag or ziplock bag, snipping off a tiny corner for piping.
04 - Evenly spread chocolate frosting over the cooled brownies. Sprinkle with crushed chocolate sandwich cookies to create a soil effect. Pipe green chocolate vines across the surface, then finish by arranging pumpkin candies decoratively on top.

# Additional Tips:

01 - For easier removal and cleaner slices, let the brownies cool entirely before decorating and cutting.
