10 - 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

11 - 15 ml olive oil

→ To Serve

12 - 4 burger buns
13 - Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, avocado

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly combine ground chicken, chopped spinach, shredded white cheddar, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until just incorporated.
02 - Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape into 1.3 cm thick patties. Lightly oil your hands if necessary to prevent sticking.
03 - Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium heat and add olive oil. Cook patties for 5–6 minutes per side, turning once, until golden and a food thermometer registers an internal temperature of 75°C.
04 - Allow cooked patties to rest briefly. Toast the burger buns if desired. Assemble each with your choice of lettuce, tomato, and avocado before serving.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Avoid overmixing to ensure tender texture in the patties.
02 - Using fresh spinach helps prevent excess moisture in the patties.
03 - Shape patties ahead and refrigerate for up to 24 hours before cooking for convenient meal prep.
04 - For a gluten-free option, substitute traditional breadcrumbs with gluten-free crumbs.
05 - Patties can be air fried at 190°C for 12–14 minutes, turning once halfway.
