Combine mint leaves and dried lavender flowers in a sturdy glass. Gently muddle with a muddler or the back of a spoon to release essential oils without pulverizing the leaves.

Add freshly squeezed lime juice and honey or agave syrup. Stir thoroughly until the sweetener is fully dissolved.

Fill the glass to the brim with ice cubes to chill and dilute the mixture appropriately.
