Vampire Cookies Chocolate Marshmallow (Print-Friendly Version)

Chocolate cookies with marshmallow and red frosting for fang-like treats—perfect for festive gatherings.

# What You'll Need:

→ Cookie Base

01 - 1 tube (approx. 450 g) refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough

→ Decorative Components

02 - 1 can (approx. 400 g) vanilla frosting
03 - Red food coloring, several drops
04 - Mini marshmallows, as needed
05 - Slivered almonds, as needed

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper. Roll chocolate chip cookie dough into 4 cm balls and arrange on prepared sheets, spacing apart.
02 - Bake cookies for approximately 12 minutes, or until golden brown. Transfer to a wire rack and allow to cool completely.
03 - Once cooled, slice each cookie horizontally into halves to create a top and bottom piece.
04 - Mix several drops of red food coloring into vanilla frosting and stir until evenly blended. Spread a thin layer of red frosting onto each cut surface.
05 - Arrange mini marshmallows along the round edge of half the cookie halves to resemble teeth. Top with remaining cookie halves. Insert a slivered almond at each side to mimic vampire fangs, pressing gently to secure.

# Additional Tips:

01 - For a nut-free alternative to slivered almonds, substitute broken pretzel pieces or frosted corn flakes to create fang shapes.
