02 - 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped and sautéed

07 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
08 - 1 large egg
09 - 1/3 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)

12 - 1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil, for cooking

# How to Make It:

01 - Heat a pan over medium heat and sauté chopped spinach for 1–2 minutes until wilted. Set aside to cool.
02 - In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, cooled spinach, feta, red onion, garlic, dill, oregano, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper until evenly combined.
03 - Gently shape the mixture into 6 equal-sized patties.
04 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties for 4–5 minutes on each side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
05 - Remove from heat and let the patties rest for 2 minutes before serving.
