01 - 4 cups shredded cabbage (green, purple, or a mix)
02 - 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
03 - ¼ cup shredded coconut (toasted, optional)
04 - 1 carrot, julienned or shredded
05 - 2 green onions, sliced
06 - ¼ cup chopped cilantro (optional)

→ Dressing Ingredients

07 - ¼ cup mayonnaise
08 - 2 tbsp Greek yogurt (or more mayo)
09 - 1 tbsp lime juice
10 - 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
11 - Salt and pepper, to taste

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, pineapple, carrot, green onions, coconut, and cilantro if using.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lime juice, honey, salt, and pepper.
