01 - 1 pound ground beef or ground turkey
02 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
03 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 1/4 cup chopped green onions, plus extra for garnish
05 - 1 large egg
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
08 - 1 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
10 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, adjust to taste

→ Sauce

11 - 1/3 cup ketchup
12 - 1/4 cup honey
13 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
14 - 1 tablespoon sriracha, or to taste

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, mix ground beef or turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, green onions, egg, garlic, ginger, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
03 - Shape mixture into 1-inch diameter meatballs and arrange spaced apart on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Bake for about 20 minutes until browned and fully cooked with no pink inside.
05 - While meatballs bake, whisk ketchup, honey, soy sauce, and sriracha in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir occasionally and heat for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
