Sweet Potato Burger Bowl (Print-Friendly Version)

Layers of seasoned beef, roasted sweet potatoes, veggies, and special sauce in one flavor-packed bowl.

# What You'll Need:

01 - 450 g lean ground beef
02 - 10 ml Worcestershire sauce
03 - 2.5 g garlic powder
04 - 2.5 g onion powder
05 - 2.5 g salt
06 - 1.25 g black pepper

→ Sweet Potatoes

07 - 4 small sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
08 - 15 ml avocado oil
09 - 2.5 g garlic powder
10 - 2.5 g onion powder
11 - 1.25 g salt
12 - 1.25 g black pepper

→ Bowls

13 - 225 g shredded lettuce
14 - 1 red onion, thinly sliced
15 - 285 g diced tomatoes
16 - 120 ml pickles, diced
17 - Special sauce (see below)

→ Special Sauce

18 - 80 ml mayonnaise
19 - 30 ml ketchup
20 - 15 ml mustard
21 - 5 ml apple cider vinegar
22 - 2.5 g onion powder
23 - Dash of salt and pepper

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C. Toss peeled and diced sweet potatoes with avocado oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Spread evenly on a lined baking sheet and bake for 30–40 minutes, stirring halfway, until tender and lightly browned.
02 - While sweet potatoes are roasting, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add lean ground beef and sauté until fully browned, approximately 8 minutes. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix to combine and remove from heat.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, apple cider vinegar, onion powder, and a dash of salt and pepper until a creamy dressing forms.
04 - Layer shredded lettuce in serving bowls. Top with roasted sweet potatoes, seasoned ground beef, thinly sliced red onion, diced tomatoes, and chopped pickles. Drizzle generously with special sauce before serving.
