01 -
Set the air fryer to 190°C and allow it to preheat while preparing other ingredients.
02 -
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, ground ginger, and honey if using. Set aside the marinade.
03 -
Pat chicken breasts dry, season lightly with salt and pepper, then coat on all sides in the prepared sauce.
04 -
Arrange coated chicken breasts in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping once halfway, until caramelized and the internal temperature reaches 74°C.
05 -
While chicken cooks, toss halved Brussels sprouts with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
06 -
Once chicken is done or nearly finished, add seasoned Brussels sprouts to the air fryer basket. Cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway for even color and crispness.
07 -
Let chicken rest for several minutes, then slice against the grain. Serve with crisp Brussels sprouts and drizzle any remaining sauce from the basket for extra flavor.
