# What You'll Need:

01 - 340 g penne or fusilli pasta
02 - 450 g chicken sausage, sliced

03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
04 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 60 ml honey
06 - 60 ml soy sauce
07 - 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
08 - 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional

09 - Salt, to taste
10 - Black pepper, to taste
11 - Fresh parsley, chopped, to taste
12 - Grated Parmesan cheese, to taste

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente according to package directions. Drain using a colander and set aside.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced chicken sausage and sauté for 5–7 minutes until browned and heated through. Transfer sausage to a plate and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly, until aromatic.
04 - Add honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and red pepper flakes (if using) to the skillet. Stir well and let simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
05 - Return the browned sausage and drained pasta to the skillet. Toss everything until the pasta is evenly coated with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
06 - Plate the pasta and garnish with freshly chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese. Serve hot.
