Crispy beef patties on tortillas with melty cheese, fresh toppings, and homemade special sauce - burger meets taco in perfect harmony.

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 lb (450g) ground beef (80/20)
02 - 6 small flour tortillas
03 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
04 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
05 - 6 slices cheddar cheese
06 - 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
07 - 1/2 cup diced pickles
08 - 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
09 - 1 tablespoon butter (for toasting tortillas)

→ Big Mac-style Sauce

10 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
11 - 2 tablespoons ketchup
12 - 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
13 - 2 tablespoons finely diced pickles
14 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
15 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
16 - 1 teaspoon white vinegar

# How to Make It:

01 - Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl. Mix well, cover, and refrigerate while you prepare the tacos.
02 - Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
03 - Flatten small balls of ground beef (about 2 oz each) directly onto each tortilla. Press thin and season with salt and pepper.
04 - Place the beef side down on the hot skillet. Smash down using a spatula to ensure full contact. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then flip the tortilla so the beef is now facing up.
05 - Immediately place a slice of cheese on each cooked patty and allow the tortilla side to crisp and cheese to melt (about 1-2 minutes).
06 - Remove from heat and top with shredded lettuce, chopped onions, pickles, and a drizzle of Big Mac-style sauce. Serve hot with extra sauce for dipping.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Customize with your favorite toppings such as avocado, jalapeños, or hot sauce.
02 - Big Mac-style sauce can be refrigerated and used for burgers, wraps, or as a dip.
