→ Grains and Liquids

12 - 185 g uncooked minute white rice
13 - 480 ml chicken broth

# How to Make It:

01 - Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced onion, green bell pepper, and celery. Cook for 7 to 8 minutes until vegetables begin to soften.
02 - Add ground beef and ground pork sausage to the skillet. Cook until meat is fully browned and no longer pink, breaking up any lumps. Drain excess grease.
03 - Sprinkle Cajun seasoning, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper over the meat and vegetables. Stir well to combine.
04 - Incorporate the uncooked rice and pour in the chicken broth. Stir to evenly distribute ingredients. Cover skillet with a lid.
05 - Reduce heat to low and simmer gently, stirring occasionally, until broth is absorbed and rice is tender, approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
06 - Fluff rice with a fork and serve immediately, enjoying the savory Cajun flavors.

# Additional Tips:

01 - To adjust spiciness, incorporate hot pork sausage, cayenne pepper, or red pepper flakes to taste. Use a deep skillet or Dutch oven for even heat distribution.
02 - Store leftovers in an airtight container refrigerated up to 4 days or freeze after cooling completely.
