03 - 15 milliliters optional olive oil
04 - 14 grams Old Bay seasoning

08 - Optional: 2 grams ranch seasoning

# How to Make It:

01 - Set oven temperature to 120°C and allow it to fully preheat.
02 - Line a large baking tray with parchment paper. Spread oyster crackers evenly in a single layer.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, optional olive oil, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and any optional additions chosen until smooth and fragrant.
04 - Pour seasoning mixture over crackers and gently toss using a silicone spatula or hands until each cracker is uniformly coated.
05 - Place crackers in the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring gently halfway through to ensure even crisping without browning.
06 - Remove from oven and allow crackers to cool completely on the baking sheet. They will crisp further as they cool. Add extra Old Bay or salt to taste if desired before serving.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Store crackers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks; include a paper towel to absorb moisture in humid environments.
