18 - 5 g Italian seasoning or dried oregano
19 - Pinch of red pepper flakes

# How to Make It:

01 - Set oven to 220°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lightly brush or mist English muffins or tortillas with olive oil for a crisper texture.
02 - Arrange mini crusts on the lined baking sheet. Spread each with 15–30 ml pizza sauce, leaving a slight border. Sprinkle a thin layer of shredded mozzarella as a base for toppings.
03 - Create characters as desired: For mummies, layer mozzarella strips and add olive slices or mini pepperoni for eyes. For ghosts, place a ghost-shaped mozzarella slice and peppercorn or olive bits for eyes. For spider webs, either layer mozzarella shreds in a web pattern or, after baking, pipe ranch or sour cream in circles and drag outward for the effect; use a whole olive for the spider’s body, with sliced legs. For jack-o'-lanterns, top with a pumpkin-shaped cheddar slice and decorate features using olives or pepper pieces. Scatter additional toppings sparingly, then sprinkle with Italian seasoning and Parmesan if desired.
04 - Bake for 8–12 minutes, depending on base thickness, until cheese has melted and edges are crisp. English muffins need 10–12 minutes; tortillas may require only 6–8 minutes. Monitor to prevent excessive browning.
05 - Remove from oven. For spider web pizzas using ranch or sour cream, add web design now while hot. Allow to cool for 2–3 minutes to set cheese.
06 - Serve warm, arranging pizzas by character for a decorative platter or keep on a warming tray for parties.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Use bases of uniform size and thickness for consistent baking; naan or mini pizza crusts yield a chewy result, while English muffins produce a crisp edge.
02 - Avoid overloading toppings to preserve decorative designs and ensure even melting.
03 - For clean cheese shapes, chill slices before cutting with a knife or cookie cutter.
04 - Press olive slices or pepperoni gently into cheese to secure eyes; for mummies, place eyes after baking if they shift.
05 - Assemble up to 4 hours ahead, cover and refrigerate, then bake just prior to serving.
06 - Use gluten-free crusts or dairy-free mozzarella for dietary preferences; designs remain visually appealing with plant-based options.
07 - Store leftovers up to 2–3 days refrigerated; reheat at 190°C for 5–7 minutes to restore crispness.
