→ Cheese Topping

19 - 100 g shredded mozzarella cheese
20 - 70 g shredded fontina cheese
21 - 70 g shredded provolone cheese
22 - 40 g grated parmesan cheese

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large skillet over medium-low heat, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a low simmer. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring often, until slightly thickened. Incorporate parmesan and cream cheese, whisking until fully melted and smooth. Season with red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper to taste. Remove from heat.
02 - While the sauce simmers, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook angel hair pasta until al dente, according to package instructions. Drain well, return to pot, and toss with the prepared alfredo sauce until evenly coated.
03 - Wipe out the skillet. Over medium heat, warm olive oil, then add ground beef and Italian sausage. Cook, breaking meat into small pieces. After 2 minutes, add diced onion, green onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté until vegetables are tender and meat is cooked through. Pour in marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until well combined and heated through.
04 - Preheat oven to 200°C. Grease a large cast iron skillet or 33x23 cm casserole dish. Spread alfredo-coated pasta evenly in the dish. Layer marinara meat sauce over the pasta and spread to cover. Sprinkle the entire surface with shredded mozzarella, fontina, provolone, and parmesan cheese.
05 - Bake uncovered for 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling. For a golden-brown top, broil for an additional 5 minutes. Allow to rest briefly before serving.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Place a foil-lined baking sheet beneath the casserole to catch any bubbling sauce drips during baking.
02 - For reheating, add a splash of broth or water to maintain creaminess and prevent pasta from drying out.
