# What You'll Need:

→ Base Mixture

01 - 480 ml mashed potatoes, prepared and cooled
02 - 100 g shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 30 g all-purpose flour
05 - 1 large egg
06 - 0.5 g garlic powder
07 - 0.5 g onion powder
08 - 1.5 g salt
09 - 0.5 g ground black pepper

→ Frying and Garnish

10 - Vegetable oil or canola oil, for frying
11 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, optional, for garnish

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly combine mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, all-purpose flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until a uniform, pliable dough forms.
02 - Portion out small amounts of the mixture and roll between your hands to form bite-sized balls or oval-shaped puffs.
03 - In a deep skillet or frying pan, heat vegetable or canola oil over medium heat to 175°C.
04 - Carefully add puffs in batches without overcrowding. Fry, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crisp on all sides, about 3–4 minutes per batch.
05 - Using a slotted spoon, transfer fried puffs to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil. If desired, garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve warm.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Allow mashed potatoes to cool thoroughly before mixing to maintain dough structure.
