Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and parsley until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan or form into a loaf shape on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 50–60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

While the meatloaf bakes, prepare the Marsala sauce. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook until tender, about 6–8 minutes.

Add garlic and cook for 1 more minute. Pour in the Marsala wine and beef broth. Bring to a simmer for 5 minutes.

Stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook until the sauce thickens, about 2–3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Slice the meatloaf and serve with generous spoonfuls of the warm Marsala mushroom sauce on top.
