Comforting skillet meal with chicken, orzo pasta, creamy sun-dried tomato sauce, and parmesan cheese.

# What You'll Need:

→ Protein

01 - 680 grams boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced

→ Seasonings

02 - 1 teaspoon paprika
03 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
06 - 1 teaspoon salt
07 - 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

→ Sauce and liquids

08 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
09 - 90 grams sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
10 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
11 - 720 milliliters chicken broth
12 - 240 milliliters heavy whipping cream

→ Pasta and greens

13 - 225 grams dry orzo pasta
14 - 60 grams baby spinach leaves

→ Cheese

15 - 60 grams freshly grated Parmesan cheese

# How to Make It:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken breasts and season with paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes until chicken is browned.
02 - Stir in chopped sun-dried tomatoes and cook for 4 minutes. In the last minute, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
03 - Pour in chicken broth and stir in dry orzo pasta. Scrape the bottom of the skillet to deglaze, then bring to a gentle simmer. Cook, stirring occasionally, until orzo is al dente according to package instructions, about 8-10 minutes.
04 - Reduce heat to low, then stir in heavy cream, baby spinach, and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir continuously until spinach wilts and sauce is creamy and well combined. Serve immediately.

# Additional Tips:

01 - For convenience, shredded rotisserie chicken may be used to reduce preparation time.
02 - Adjust sauce consistency by adding extra broth or water if too thick, or simmer longer to thicken if too thin.
03 - To reduce fat, substitute heavy cream with whole milk or coconut milk, maintaining a velvety texture.
04 - Leftovers refrigerate well up to 4 days. Reheat gently with a splash of broth to restore creaminess. Freezing is not recommended as sauce may separate.
