Tender lamb chunks marinated in Mediterranean herbs and grilled to perfection - a classic Greek dish that melts in your mouth.

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 pounds lamb trimmed of fat and cut into 1-inch pieces
02 - ½ cup lemon juice from 2 lemons
03 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
04 - ½ teaspoon salt
05 - ½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
06 - 1 tablespoon dried oregano
07 - 3 cloves garlic minced
08 - 1 medium onion minced
09 - ½ teaspoon ground cumin

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, oregano, garlic, onion, and cumin.
02 - Add the lamb cubes to the bowl and toss to ensure all pieces are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, up to 24 hours.
03 - Preheat a grill or grill pan. If using a grill pan, apply some olive oil to avoid sticking.
04 - Thread the marinated lamb onto metal skewers. If using bamboo skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes beforehand.
05 - Grill the skewers for 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat reaches your desired doneness.
06 - Serve the lamb skewers with pita bread, tzatziki sauce, and a Greek salad.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Soak wooden skewers for 30 minutes before use to prevent burning.
02 - Allow lamb to marinate for at least 2 to 4 hours to enhance flavor.
03 - Use a meat thermometer to ensure the lamb is cooked to 145°F for optimal doneness.
