# What You'll Need:

→ For the patties

01 - 450 grams ground beef
02 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
03 - 0.5 teaspoon ground ginger
04 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
05 - 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
06 - 120 millilitres honey barbecue sauce

→ For the sauce

07 - 120 grams mayonnaise
08 - 3 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
09 - 1 cup scallions, finely chopped

→ For assembling

10 - 3 sesame seed hamburger buns, gluten free

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, minced garlic, ground ginger, soy sauce, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly and shape the mixture into 3 equal patties.
02 - Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Place patties in the pan and cook for 2 to 4 minutes per side. Brush each patty with honey barbecue sauce during the last minute of cooking.
03 - In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, chili garlic sauce, and chopped scallions. Spread mixture generously onto the cut sides of the buns. Place a beef patty on each bun base and top with extra scallions. Close with the top bun to serve.
