Tortellini Pasta Salad (Print-Friendly Version)

01 - 20 oz refrigerated cheese tortellini
02 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
03 - 0.5 cup black or green olives, sliced
04 - 0.5 cup mini mozzarella balls (bocconcini), halved if large
05 - 0.5 cup sliced salami or pepperoni
06 - 0.25 cup red onion, thinly sliced
07 - 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil

→ Dressing

08 - 0.25 cup olive oil
09 - 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
10 - 1 tsp Dijon mustard
11 - 0.5 tsp dried oregano
12 - Salt, to taste
13 - Black pepper, to taste

# How to Make It:

01 - Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool completely.
02 - In a large bowl, toss together the cooked tortellini, cherry tomatoes, olives, mozzarella, salami, red onion, and fresh basil.
03 - In a small bowl or jar, combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Whisk or shake until well combined.
04 - Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
