10 - 2 tbsp tamarind chutney
11 - 1/4 small red onion, finely diced
12 - 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
13 - Pomegranate seeds, optional
14 - Sev (crunchy Indian noodles), optional
15 - Chopped green chili, optional

# How to Make It:

01 - Cook the fries according to the package instructions, or air fry for a crispier finish. While the fries bake, prepare your toppings.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, sauté chickpeas with olive oil, garam masala, cumin, chili powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir until warm and fragrant, approximately 5 to 7 minutes.
03 - Spread the cooked fries onto a serving platter or individual plates. Top with warm spiced chickpeas.
04 - Drizzle the fries with thinned yogurt, followed by dollops of mint and tamarind chutneys.
05 - Sprinkle diced onion, fresh cilantro, and optional toppings such as pomegranate seeds, sev, or chopped green chili over the fries.
06 - Serve the fries hot to ensure maximum crispness, with toppings providing a cool and zesty contrast.
