In a large bowl, combine extra virgin olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, kosher salt, and black pepper. Add the salmon cubes and gently toss until evenly coated.

Arrange seasoned salmon cubes in an even layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 9–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until salmon reaches an internal temperature of 60–63°C.

Arrange seasoned salmon cubes on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 16 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the salmon’s internal temperature reaches 63°C.

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt unsalted butter with hot honey, stirring until fully combined. Remove from heat once the mixture is warmed through.

Add cooked salmon to the saucepan and gently toss to coat with the hot honey glaze. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately.
