Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in the honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a simmer, then stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook for 1-2 minutes, until thickened.
