Holiday Punch Ice Cubes (Print-Friendly Version)

Vibrant ice cubes with pomegranate, cranberries, orange, and herbs add color and taste to your festive drinks.

# What You'll Need:

→ Herbs

01 - 3 large sprigs fresh rosemary, cut into 4 cm pieces

→ Fruit

02 - 1 small orange, cut into 2.5 cm wedges
03 - 180 g fresh cranberries

→ Spices (optional)

04 - 17 g star anise pods

→ Liquids

05 - 480 ml pomegranate juice

# How to Make It:

01 - Arrange rosemary sprigs, orange wedges, star anise pods (if using), and cranberries evenly into two silicone ice cube trays, filling each mold three-quarters full.
02 - Pour pomegranate juice into each mold until full, ensuring all ingredients are submerged as much as possible.
03 - Freeze trays in a single layer until solid, a minimum of 8 hours up to 1 month for best results.
04 - Remove ice cubes from trays and add them to beverages as desired.

# Additional Tips:

01 - Silicone trays with lids facilitate easy removal and stacking but are not necessary.
02 - If fresh cranberries are unavailable, frozen cranberries can be used instead.
03 - Substitute orange slices with lemon or lime slices for a tangier flavor.
04 - Keep rosemary sprigs intact with stems to avoid herb fragments in drinks.
