# What You'll Need:

→ Beef and Seasoning

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1 tbsp olive oil
03 - 1 packet taco seasoning
04 - 1/4 cup water

→ Salad Base

05 - 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
06 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
07 - 1 avocado, diced
08 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
09 - 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

→ Toppings

10 - 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
11 - 1/4 cup salsa
12 - Juice of 1 lime
13 - Crushed tortilla chips or corn chips
14 - Optional: sliced jalapeños, chopped cilantro

# How to Make It:

01 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain excess fat. Stir in taco seasoning and water, then simmer for 3–4 minutes until thickened.
02 - In each serving bowl, layer chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, avocado, red onion, and shredded cheddar cheese.
03 - Spoon the seasoned ground beef over the salad base. Leave it layered or toss to mix the ingredients together, as preferred.
04 - Drizzle the salad with sour cream or Greek yogurt, and salsa. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the top.
05 - Finish the dish with a generous sprinkle of crushed tortilla or corn chips. Optionally add sliced jalapeños or chopped cilantro.
