# What You'll Need:

→ Grilled Sweet Potatoes

01 - 3 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 4 cm thick wedges
02 - 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
03 - 1 ½ teaspoons kosher salt, divided

→ Yogurt Herb Dressing

04 - 180 ml Greek yogurt
05 - 4 green onions, ends trimmed, roughly chopped
06 - 15 g fresh dill, plus extra for garnish
07 - 2 garlic cloves, smashed
08 - 10 large fresh basil leaves
09 - 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

# How to Make It:

01 - Set the grill to medium-high heat to prepare for cooking.
02 - Arrange sweet potato wedges on a large rimmed baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle evenly with 1 teaspoon of kosher salt. Toss thoroughly to coat each wedge.
03 - Place wedges cut side down on the grill. Grill, turning every 2-3 minutes, until fork tender and lightly charred, approximately 15 minutes.
04 - While sweet potatoes grill, combine Greek yogurt, green onions, fresh dill, garlic, basil, lemon juice, and the remaining ½ teaspoon salt in a blender or food processor. Blend until dressing is completely smooth, about 1–3 minutes.
05 - Transfer grilled sweet potatoes to a serving platter. Drizzle generously with yogurt herb dressing and finish with additional fresh dill before serving.
