Set the grill to medium-high heat to prepare for cooking.

Arrange sweet potato wedges on a large rimmed baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle evenly with 1 teaspoon of kosher salt. Toss thoroughly to coat each wedge.

Place wedges cut side down on the grill. Grill, turning every 2-3 minutes, until fork tender and lightly charred, approximately 15 minutes.

While sweet potatoes grill, combine Greek yogurt, green onions, fresh dill, garlic, basil, lemon juice, and the remaining ½ teaspoon salt in a blender or food processor. Blend until dressing is completely smooth, about 1–3 minutes.

Transfer grilled sweet potatoes to a serving platter. Drizzle generously with yogurt herb dressing and finish with additional fresh dill before serving.
