Beef Kebabs Grilled Marinated (Print-Friendly Version)

Marinated beef, smoky spices, and perfect grilling create succulent skewers bursting with flavor.

# What You'll Need:

→ Marinade

01 - 45 ml extra virgin olive oil
02 - 1.5 teaspoons fine sea salt
03 - 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
04 - 1 tablespoon chili powder
05 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder
06 - 2 teaspoons onion powder
07 - 2 teaspoons ground cumin
08 - 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
09 - 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper

→ Beef

10 - 750 g boneless top sirloin steak, trimmed and cut into 3 cm cubes

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper. Stir thoroughly to create a thick, aromatic marinade.
02 - Add the beef cubes to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the marinade. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 60 minutes, preferably overnight, to allow full absorption of flavors.
03 - If using wooden skewers, soak them in cold water for 30 minutes to prevent scorching. Thread the marinated beef onto the skewers, leaving slight space between each piece for even grilling.
04 - Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place skewered beef on the grill and cook for 3–4 minutes per side, rotating until all surfaces are well charred and the centre reaches preferred doneness.
05 - Remove the kebabs from the grill and rest for several minutes before serving to retain juices. Serve hot, optionally accompanied by fresh lemon or your selection of sides.

# Additional Tips:

01 - For maximum tenderness, marinate the beef overnight and cut cubes to uniform size for even cooking.
02 - To avoid burning, always soak wooden skewers for at least 30 minutes prior to grilling.
